RENTAL AGREEMENT:
In consideration of the Mandatory Damage & Handling Fee of $12.00, Louie’s Tux Shop agrees to waive all claims against the customer resulting from unintentional minor damage during the rental period. The fee does not cover extensive or malicious damage to the garment, loss of, or theft of the garment. you are informed that the rental is for one day only and must be returned on our next business day after use. You further agree to pay $20.00 per day late charge for each day the garment is kept past the return date. You will be charged a $40 service fee in the event this order is cancelled. You hereby further agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, if the rental company has such expenses in connection with the enforcement of this Rental Agreement.
REFUND POLICY: All customer refunds must be approved by the Corporate Office before release. Cash refunds will be paid by check and mailed from the Corporate office within one week of approval.

Thank you for choosing Louie’s Tux Shop for your formalwear needs. To ensure that we get everything just right, we do ask that you follow these requests:
1. Double check the styles recorded on your copy of the order.
2. A $40.00 partial payment is required for your order at the time of fitting. This partial payment is non-refundable in the event that the order is cancelled for any reason.
3. Changes of style or color made less than 10 days prior to the wearing date will require an additional $10.00 charge per item.
4. Final Payment is due when the order is picked up. Payment can be made with cash or an accepted major credit card. No checks accepted.
5. We are not responsible for the incorrect sizing from outside measurements.
6. You should come in for your final fitting on the final fitting date scheduled on your ticket to ensure proper fit and allow time for any adjustments.
7. We are not responsible for adjustments for any final fitting/pickups on the day of the event or on weekends and holidays.
8. No claims or shortages will be allowed unless reported prior to the date of use.
9. Rentals must be returned on our next business day after the date of use. There is a $20.00 per day late charge.
10. There is a $40.00 restock fee for any returns or exchanges of new suit purchases after pickup.
11. Because of the cost and quality of rental items, a security deposit may be neccessary. It is automatically refunded the day the rental is returned. If the security deposit was paid with a credit card, a credit will be issued to the account.
12. Damages on rentals not covered by the Damage & Handling Fee on articles you have rented or not returned will be charged to you. (See chart below.)

1. Double check the styles recorded on your registration form. We encourage you to use our online event manager to monitor all the details of your wedding party.
2. Fittings should be completed no later than four weeks prior to the final fitting date.
3. Changes of style or color can only be made by the bride and groom in person. Changes made less than 10 days prior to the wedding will require an additional $10.00 charge per item.
4. Have everyone in the wedding party come in for their final fitting on the final fitting date scheduled on your registration form to ensure proper fit and allow time for any adjustments.
