The population is just under 15,000 residents. New Haven was formed in 1839 by Henry Burgess. The city was a transportation hub along a canal as well as many railroads. It still serves the Norfolk railway to this day. Louie's Tux Shop prides itself on years of quality service and a large selection of tuxedo's and men's suits for purchase or rental.
