READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING

  • ONLINE VOTING BEGINS SEPTEMBER 1, 2024
  • Entries can be made until 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, October 13, 2024
  • You must be enrolled in high school and at least 15 years old at the time of the photo shoot
  • You must live in Indiana or a county that directly borders Indiana.
  • Images must meet quality standards. We hold the right to reject any image for any reason.
  • Image should not contain any watermarks or text
  • Professional images are recommended - Avoid Selfies - No Modified Images or Filters
  • Placeholder size is 315 x 430 pixels and image size cannot exceed 1MB
  • Only individual entering Model Search may be in the photo - No couples, groups or animals
  • We are not responsible for the editing of any submissions.
  • Non tasteful, inappropriate, filtered or silly submissions will not be posted. Don't bother.
  • There are no height requirements, we only ask to ensure good pairings at the photo shoot.

Louie's Tux Shop is authorized to contact me by email and text to periodically update me on my ranking. I understand Louie's Tux Shop cannot be responsible for any unauthorized uses of my image or personal information not directly related to Model Search. I understand Louie's Tux Shop has the right to withdraw my entry if there is any suspicion of manipulation to the vote count or voting more than the stated one time per device per day. **Girls will be required to provide their own dress for the photo shoot. All dresses must have prior approval of the Selection Committee prior to wearing the dress at the shoot.
