I agree to all of the rules and regulations of the TikTokTux Challenge and authorize the posting of my video to the Louie's Tux Shop TikTok page and any other platforms.  Louie's Tux Shop is authorized to contact me by email and/or phone to periodically update me on the contest.  I attest that I have received permission from a parent or guardian if I am under the age of 18.  I understand Louie's Tux Shop cannot be responsible for any unauthorized uses of my image or personal information not directly related to the TikTokTux Challenge. I understand Louie's Tux Shop has the right to withdraw my entry if there is any suspicion of manipulation to the “like” counts.
