How To Participate - Video & Details

Louie's Tux Shop: TikTokTux Prom Challenge

  • The Challenge: Create the best prom themed TikTok promoting Louie's Tux Shop.
  • The Prize: You can win a $1,000 scholarship by following these five easy steps.
  • Dates: The contest will end on Sunday, May 17, 2026

Step 1:  Create Your TikTok

  • Make a prom-themed TikTok video.
  • The video must promote Louie's Tux Shop.
  • The video can be no longer than 15 seconds.

Step 2:  Post On TikTok

  • Post the video you created onto your own TikTok account.
  • Copy and save your video's shareable link, as you will need it to submit your entry.
  • Make sure your video settings are public, and allows downloads. We will be downloading your TikTok.  

Step 3:  Sign Up Online

  • Go to louiestuxshop.com (or specifically louiestuxshop.com/tiktok) to submit your entry.
  • You will submit the shareable link to your video.
  • You will also create your own unique hashtag, use this to find and share your TikTok.
  • Your video will then be reposted to the official Louie's Tux Shop TikTok page.

Step 4:  Share Your #Hashtag

  • Go Viral! Share the unique hashtag you created. Get as many likes as you can.
  • Because your video is on the official Louie's Tux Shop page, sharing your hashtag is the easiest way for others to find and promote your specific entry.
  • DO NOT promote the TikTok posted on your personal page.  Only TikToks that are posted on the official Louie's Tux Shop page are eligible to win.

Step 5: Win A Scholarship!

Two separate scholarships will be awarded to participants.

  • One scholarship goes to the video with the most likes.
  • One scholarship goes to the video with the best quality.
