How many brides do you expect to attend? Our attendance has been between 650-700 brides in attendance along with their family and friends
What is the cost of admission? Admission is free for brides and their entire party when they register online in advance of the show.
How do you advertise? We have a robust media strategy featuring billboard, radio, digital search, robust paid social and multiple digital channels.
Where do the brides come from? Marketing for the event will pull a large quantity of brides from the greater Indianapolis region and as far as Kokomo, Muncie, Lafayette, Columbus and Bloomington.
What about Indianapolis Colts Football? This date is specifically chosen as there will be NO football games to interfere with attendance.
What parking options are available? Parking at the Embassy Suites is free to all attendees of the show in the hotel and conference center parking lot.
Will there be any food or beverages available? The Embassy Suites will be hosting bar service inside and out of the main room for vendors and guests.
Do you supply a bridal list after the show? We provide our vendors the cleanest list of bridal contacts you will receive from any bridal show and there is no extra cost. The list will be distributed within 48 hours after the event.
Are there limits on the number of vendors per category? Yes. This is a vendor focused show you and we do not over saturate categories.
Are we allowed to distribute food samples? A temporary permit must be obtained from the Hamilton County Health Department in order to distribute food samples. Click Here for details.
Do you allow multiple vendors for direct distributorship businesses such as Avon, It Works, or Paparazzi? No. There can be only one vendor representing any specific brand.
How do I reserve space? Complete the Vendor Request Form and we will usually be in touch with you within 24 hours to notify you of space availability. If space is available and you are interested in signing up you will be forwarded a digital show contract.
When do I pay for the booth? Booth spaces must be paid in full at the time of contract submission to be secured. We do not offer payment plans and there are no refunds for cancellations.
